The MSS070B from Silavent is part of the extremely popular Mayfair family. These fans have been in service for over 3 decades with little change which is a testament to it build quality and reliability. Its design is based on a cartridge style"plug int" or push fir system making incredibly easy to install, maintain and replace where needed. If you are replacing an existing unit simply remove the exiting, check the part number and replace like for like. For new installations a back box is required.
