What are the available payment methods when placing an order?
We accept a range of payment options, including major credit and debit cards, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay for your convenience.
Your order
Where is my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
If you haven’t received a tracking email, it’s possible your order is still being processed. Orders typically take 3 business days to process before shipping.
For the most up-to-date information, you can log into your account on our website and view your order status under "My Orders."
I have a problem with my order
If there's an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and provide as many details as you can about the problem, and we'll work to resolve it as quickly as we can.
Can I re-order a previous purchase?
Simply log into your account to view all your previous orders and reorder any products in just a few clicks. If you don’t have an account yet, setting one up is easy - just click on the "My Account" icon at the top of the page, then create an account by entering your email address and selecting a password.

How much is shipping?
Zone 1: England, Scotland and Wales
Orders above £100 - Free Delivery
Orders below £100 - £7.10 inc vat
Zone 2: Northern Ireland and Isles of Scilly
Orders above £100 - Free Delivery
Orders below £100 - £7.10 inc vat
Zone 2: Isle of Man
All orders - £18.60 inc vat
Zone 3: Channel Islands
Postcodes JE and GY - All orders £15.60
These charges will be applied to your order once you have entered your billing postcode at checkout.
What are your shipping options?
- If you have placed an order before 4pm Monday to Friday, and you live in Mainland UK, you will receive your order the next working day. If you order anytime after 4pm on Friday or over the weekend, you will receive your order on Tuesday or Wednesday. Some Scottish Highland postcodes and Northern Ireland receive delivery within 48 hours.
- Special Order Items are ordered from our suppliers upon receipt of your order. Lead times vary depending upon the item and supplier but are usually shipped within five working days of your order. A member of our sales team will contact you with a delivery date.
- If your order contains a mix of 'next working day' Items and other types such as 3 day / 6 day / special order etc, then your order will be shipped in full when it is complete. If you need the Items urgently, please call us to arrange payment for split delivery.
- If you leave a mobile number in the telephone field at checkout you will receive a text on the morning of delivery giving a delivery window accurate to one hour.
- We use the international carrier DPD for all our deliveries. You will receive an email from them when your order has left our warehouse. This email will contain all your tracking information.
