UK Delivery Service

  1. If you have placed an order before 4pm Monday to Friday, and you live in Mainland UK, you should receive your order the next working day. If you order anytime after 4pm on Friday or over the weekend, you should receive your order on Tuesday or Wednesday. Some Scottish Highland postcodes and Northern Ireland receive delivery within 48 hours.
  2. Non-Stock & Special Order Items are ordered from our suppliers upon receipt of your order. Lead times vary depending upon the item and supplier but are usually shipped within five working days of your order. A member of our sales team will contact you with a delivery date should the lead time be longer than 5 working days.
  3. If your order contains a mix of 'next working day' Items and other types such as 3 day / 5 day / special order etc, then your order will be shipped in full when it is complete. If you need the in-stock items urgently, please call us to arrange payment for split delivery.
  4. If you leave a mobile number in the telephone field at checkout you should receive a text from the courier on the morning of delivery giving a one hour delivery window.
  5. We use the international carrier DPD for all our deliveries. You should receive an email from them when your order has left our warehouse. This email should contain all your tracking information.

Orders below £50 - £5.95 inc vat

Zone 2: Northern Ireland and Isles of Scilly

All orders - £5.95 inc vat

Zone 2: Isle of Man and Scottish Highlands & Islands*

All orders - £18.60 inc vat

Zone 3: Channel Islands

Postcodes JE and GY - All orders £15.60

These charges will be applied to your order once you have entered your shipping postcode at checkout - VAT will also be automaticlly removed from your order if shipping to Zone 3.
