Supplied complete with a SELV, 12v low voltage transformer - which takes the mains 240v supply down to a safe 12v at the fan - the 258310 VA100SVX12 may be installed in bathroom zones 3, 2 and 1. It ventilates at 21L/s efficiently extracting moisture and preventing damp.
This model features thermo-electric shutters which close silently after the fan has done the business of removing steam from your bathroom, thus preventing cold air entering your home.
